Michael Fallon is an active presence in the Hartford, Connecticut, community who serves as a senior manager at UnitedHealth Group (UHG). Responsible for US Global Security Operations, he oversees workplace security operations spanning the Northeast and makes sure that strategy and operational goals correspond with security mandates. Michael Fallon engages cross-functionally with Connecticut Employee Relations and Global Crisis Management teams, finding creative ways of boosting enterprise security. He coordinates training and security initiatives in ways that ensure the integrity of business operations.

In his previous role as Asphalt Green director of security, Mr. Fallon managed day-to-day security operations spanning a trio of campuses across New York City. His accomplishments included security staff management, as well as the design and installation of next-generation CCTV infrastructure that paired hundreds of cameras and access card readers with multiple servers. His recommendations spanned renovations, new construction, and special events, and helped safeguard personnel, visitors, and assets.

Mr. Fallon has delivered active shooter training and earned recognitions that include a Medal of Valor. A member of the fraternity Sigma Chi, he holds a criminal justice degree from the University of New Haven and has intentions of completing a law degree.
